Baby Shower
My friend Susan graciously hosted a wonderful baby shower for me last night. It was so nice and relaxing and made me feel very special and loved by all my friends. It was small and intimate and perfect. Ready for baby!

Zoo Day
Lucas had last Thursday and Friday off for Parent/Teacher Conferences. Friday was an absolute gorgeous day, so we headed to the zoo! It was nice to be there during the winter; no one was around and we had the place to ourselves. We had a great time and most of the animals were out enjoying the sunshine as well.

USS Ronald Reagan
The Reagan pulled into the shipyard on the 10th - Lucas and I went to the waterfront park to watch her pass by and dock. This is what will be keeping Randy busy at work for the next year or so.

Snow day #2
No school for the entire week, Randy driving in everyday just to return home a few hours later, and me not getting out of my PJ's for the past couple of days. The rest of western Washington is in a state of emergency with the freezing rain, icy roads, and power outages. We've been very lucky - but more is expected tomorrow. Crossing fingers for some warmer temperatures and that we don't lose power!
